Concerned citizens
There is a group of citizens concerned about the closure of the swimming beach at Silver Lake this summer because of budgetary constraints. It is nice to see citizens concerned about local issues. The people seeking support from citizens did not leave any contact information I could see. I would like to ask them if the air is frequently smoky in their area. And if it is, are they the ones creating the smoke? Because while having life guards at the beach would be nice for the families who go there, at least in the early summer, the daily wood smoke pollution in this city is making life unbearable. If they aren't the ones creating the wood smoke, I do not know why they would want to breathe it as frequently as we do here.
