5:00 PM: No wood smoke. 40 degrees at this time with rain. It rained all day and we had some snow that stuck to the ground in the early afternoon.
7:15 PM: Faint wood smoke on the wind. Still raining at this time. 38 degrees. A little windy.
8:00 PM: Light wood smoke.
9:00 PM: Light wood smoke.
10:00 PM: Light wood smoke. I am angry because I wanted to step outside to get a breath of fresh air and open the window to let some odor of onions from hamburgers out. We had takeout for dinner this evening. I just ate some leftovers.
11:15 PM: Light wood smoke continues.
Midnight: No real wood smoke. Somebody's fireplace burned out or the wind shifted direction and is no longer bringing wood smoke to us. I stepped outside to get a deep breath of cool, fresh air. I opened a window to get a little fresh air in here for a few minutes.
